For the past 30 years I have been fortunate to be with the # 1 company and have enjoyed every minute of it. My accomplishment in and outside real estate have revolved around helping others. From recruiting independent sales associates and helping them grow to helping them navigate their satisfying the needs of buyers and sellers . As the leader of the Aventura office of Coldwell Banker Florida, my vision is to provide access to optional in-house education programs, expand the recruiting program, create sales leads and guide my agents with competitive strategies to aide them in succeeding in the marketplace. I pride myself on being able to create an atmosphere where newly licensed and experienced associates can grow within the Coldwell Banker system. The group of independent agents is growing constantly and I credit the success of this office to the quality of individuals that join this dynamic branch. My goal is to exceed our goals in cultivating the best real estate office in South Florida and have the most profitable sales associates.

Lisa Vizcaino became a licensed real estate agent in 1992 and has since established herself as a trusted property expert. She started in the title insurance business and, after doing countless closings, saw the reward that buyers and sellers had gained from the biggest investment they had ever made. Although her two small children kept her very busy at the time, Lisa still managed to reach over $2 million in sales every quarter. Now that her children are successful adults with careers of their own, Lisa can focus more than ever with helping agents learn the strategies needed to build a successful business.
Lisa's fellow brokers greatly respect and admire the skill and insight she brings to each scenario. She has recruited an average of 100 agents over the course of a decade, and they get the best of the best from her in knowledge and expertise. Lisa's motto is to find a solution to every problem, and clients and agents have faith in her ability to council them in the right direction. Her success is a result of her dedication, passion and extensive experience.
